To fully understand our process, you must first understand our structure.  During your engagement with our company, you will have a whole team of people dedicated to

assisting you.

Researchers

 

We have a staff of Researchers that comb through databases to find people who meet our initial criteria.  They will ask you a series of questions to see if you might be a good candidate for our program.  These people are initial screeners who set appointments for our Selection Committee. 

Some candidates also contact us proactively.  These prospective clients will be called for an initial screening by a Researcher before speaking directly to a member of our Selection Committee.  If you are one of these individuals, please fill out the form on our CONTACT US page and of our Researchers will contact you to set up a consultation.

 

Selection Committee

 

When you are contacted by one of our Researchers and an appointment is initially set up for you to speak with our company, you will be speaking with a member of our Selection Committee.  

Prior to this appointment, our mentor and marketing staff will screen you on paper to determine if it appears we can assist you.  They will review your resume and your answers to the questions our Researcher asked you.  

Once they sign off on your file, a member of our Selection Committee will call you as scheduled for your appointment. This is an important step in establishing a relationship with Acquire Inc.  Our committee members are friendly, astute professionals who not only inform you in explicit detail what we do and how we do it, but also are just as interested what you say and what bring to the table as well.  



It is their job to select prospective clients for the program.  Our success is highly dependent upon choosing the right candidates for our program.  In order to do that, we have to not only truly listen to what prospective clients have to say, but how they act as well. Frankly, how you conduct yourself during your consultation will tell us a lot about whether or not we can help you.

This program is truly a partnership between you and us, so it is important that you demonstrate to us your sincere desire for assistance.

Marketing Managers

 

Our Marketing Managers are in charge of finalizing your marketing plan and executing your marketing campaign.

Each manager has a staff of people assigned to help with the necessary tasks to get you in front of potential employers.  They do all of the tedious work required to get your information out on a massive scale and generate leads for you.

 

Marketing Staff

 

These are the people in the trenches monitoring the job market, developing relationships with companies for our database, generating leads and getting you seen. Our numerous proprietary methods to find companies interested in our candidates are what have made Acquire Inc. successful.

 

Writers

 

We have many professional writers contracted by our company.  Your Mentor will assign the appropriate writer to your marketing campaign.

 

Administrative Assistants

 

Responsible for those many essential office and administrative functions.

 

Webmaster and Technical Support Managers

 

Our website is registered and maintained by trusted and competent members of our team.
